Drug Free Workplace Policy DRUG FREE WORKPLACE POLICY At Connecticut Community Focus, LLC we are committed to maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for our providers and clients Connecticut Community Focus, LLC we are committed to operating and maintaining a drug-free workplace. Some of our client and facilities require a pre-employment workplace and/or random drug testing. We will require our staff to comply with any and all facility policies and procedures regarding drug testing. Connecticut Community Focus, LLC reserves the right to randomly drug test staff. Any staff who is found to be in violation will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
